Q: Why are you missing my favorite park, or an upcoming event at my favorite park?
A: We’re constantly improving our database, please let us know what you think is incorrect or missing at reviews@iParksNY.com or events@iParksNY.com. You can also click the iParks NY logo on the main screen, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “I’m standing in a park you’re missing, here are the coordinates” to draft an email with your phone’s current coordinate info.
Q: How does the Events data get updated?
A: Periodically the app will download updated data via the Internet. This update should work over wifi or your cellular providers network. If events data is stale or missing click the iParks NY logo on the main screen, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “Force update Events database”
Q: Your review is at odds with the facts on the ground, what gives?
