The free mental health app is available to 1 million South Yorkshire NHS users

A free mental health app for over 16s in South Yorkshire, UK is being offered to help manage low mood, reduce stress and improve sleep.

The myStrength app was launched by South Yorkshire Integrated Care System (ICS) and is being distributed by Consultant Connect, part of which Teladok Group.

Users are asked to personalize their experiences and a mindfulness and meditation program based on evidence-based models of psychological therapy is recommended.

Dutch startups start studying digital therapy Chronic intestinal disorders

Digital healthcare startup Women’s health Has announced the pilot phase of a clinical trial of its digital therapy program.

The study, called ADJUVANT, focuses on people living with chronic bowel disease, Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis who will participate in a six-week coaching program through the Norie Health app.

It is being operated in the Netherlands in collaboration with the Healthcare Innovation Center (THINC) at Elizabeth-Twisteden Hospital in Tilburg and Radboudam Hospital in Nizhny Novgorod.

(LIMS) covered across NHS pathology services in Lancashire and South Cumbria Castle health.

The Evolution vLab LIMS will replace the four separate systems currently used across eight hospital sites, reducing costs and providing a common platform that will connect all laboratories together.
